ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Brazilian Bikinis specializes in designer made-to-order swimwear. We do not sell cheap off-the-rack mass produced garments made overseas. Most items are made-in-the-USA or in Brazil. We will accept returns or exchanges for defective merchandise, merchandise damaged in shipping or an incorrectly filled order. You must notify us by e-mail within 10 days from delivery for return instructions and an RA (return authorization) number. The article must be new, clean and unsoiled with original tags and packaging. Returned items will not be accepted without an RA number. If an item is returned and upon inspection is determined not to possess the defect, then the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and no credit will be given. There are no exceptions to these conditions.
