Brazilian Bikinis Return/Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do stand behind the quality of our merchandise. We will replace any and all defective merchandise or merchandise damaged in shipping. You must notify us by e-mail within 12 days of delivery for the return/exchange procedure. We will also replace any product if the wrong item was sent. We will exchange for the same item only. If the item is no longer available, we will send the closest matching apparel. We will pay for your return shipping. We will not honor this policy if the returned item is judged to be in perfect condition..

The returned item(s) must be in new, clean, unworn condition with all the tags attached and panty liner intact. Brazilian Bikinis reserves the right to refuse any items which have been improperly cared for or abused. No return will be honored without a Return Authorization number. You must email us for that number and the proper return/exchange procedure. Any parcel returned without an RA number will not be honored.

Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for any other reason.

Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for damage to items caused by chlorine or other pool chemicals.

Canceling Your Order

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, e-mail us within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped. There is no guarantee, however, that we will be able to stop it in time

One month after your order is placed; your credit card information is automatically deleted from our database. Your privacy is our first and main concern.
