Ladies with big breast want smaller ones and vise versa. If you have a small chest you don’t have to fret. There’s no “right” breast size. And different people love different sizes!

Shopping for a bikini for a small chest doesn’t have to be a chore! Follow these tips to look and feel great this summer!!

Bikini: Choose a busy, colorful pattern with a twist tie in the center to flatter your figure even if you feel like you don't have one. Play up your assets! If you have a flat tummy (you’re very luck!) show it off with a little more action around the tummy – like a tie sash bottom.

Tankini: Go for a padded, fully lined tankini that offers full seat coverage. A top that doesn't hug but falls straight, flattering the waistline and skimming the stomach area will look terrific on small chested ladies.

Whatever you do don’t forget to get in shape. Getting in shape will add to your confidence and that is always attractive!

What are you eating?

You don’t have to go on a binge diet to lose a few extra pounds. Simply watching what you put in your mouth, and how often you eat will start bringing your metabolism under control. Start by cutting out refined flour and sugars. Instead switch to whole grain bread and pasta, it’s delicious and filling. Unlike refined flour whole wheat will not turn directly into sugar the minute you put it in your mouth! Rather this healthy alternative will fill you better and give you more energy!

Cut out soda’s. 8 oz of soda = 100 calories and are filled with sugar! You could be eating or drinking vitamin rich foods or drinks instead and they won’t leave you craving more!

Eat more fresh fruits and veggies, especially in the summer time when these are available in abundance. Cut up fruit for a filling snack at work.

Keep in mind, we don’t live to eat --- we eat to live! What you eat should be energy for your body.

When you’re energized by the right foods you’ll be more likely to hit the gym after work!

When you’re trying to loose weight quantity is more important than speed. So, in the long run walking for an hour in the park or on a tread mill will burn more calories and keep up your stamina better than running for 20 or 30 minutes.

Walking is a great stress relieving activity that you will be more likely to incorporate into a regular routine of keeping healthy for life, not just a few weeks! And you can do it everyday. If you live close enough consider walking to work --- that half hour each way will make a big difference in a weeks time!

To tone your body, start palates and/or yoga. Also, lifting weights a couple of times a week will help tone parts you really want to look great in that bikini, i.e. arms, inner thighs and even your stomach. Just don’t over do it, you want to look tones yet feminine!

Regardless of how you look in 2 weeks, the most important thing is that you’re on the right track for a healthy lifestyle. Don’t let trends determine how you feel about yourself.
