When you are on vacation, you want to look your best – probably the majority of the photos in your photo albums were taken on vacation. You want to be sure that you look good in those photos!

You want to be sure that your resortwear is both flattering and comfortable, no matter where you are vacationing. You may be off in the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Disneyland, a Mexican cruise, or the beaches of Florida or California. No matter where you are, though, you should make sure that you have great resortwear, and that means resortwear that is fabulous and current.

You are already spending lots of money on your flight and hotel and food for your vacation, why not spend just a few bucks on some great resortwear, as well? You will enjoy your vacation more if you know that you look good.

So what are the trends of resortwear this year? You can never go wrong with basic blacks and whites, but hot colors are in this year as well. Why not try a hot pink swimming suit and a lemon yellow cover-up? Or maybe you want a lime green bikini and a tangerine orange sarong. Solids are definitely in in resortwear this year, but so are bold and big patterns, like a white bikini with just one large hot pink flower.

As far as style goes, everyone loves chiffon dresses this year and also transparent fabrics for beach cover-ups. Also popular in resortwear are netted and crocheted cover-ups. These look good on the beach and even better at the beach bar or in the town.

Much of resortwear has tassels, ribbons, and fringe as accents – anything to dress the resortwear up a bit and make it flirty. Be sure to have fun when picking out your resortwear. You definitely want fun resortwear as your vacation wardrobe.
